Sunlight and lots of outdoors time does more to diffuse our children's fighting than anything I have seen yet. I am thankful for the break in the gloom and rainy weather.
Committing to this practice (and also the sunshine) has resulted in a pep in my step. The kitchen has been cleaned each night before we retire and the mornings made easier.
More than a year of chiropractic care is resulting in significantly less pain in my neck. I feel good and that feels good. Thank you Dr. Lila.

The first morning on day light savings and things went off without a hitch. There was quiet, reading, and caffeine all before the children awoke. Oh blessed be.
Can today be sugar-free? The answer is no. But maybe tomorrow.
With the birth of your child comes the birth of your mother's intuition, that small voice that knows what it know when it knows it even though you don't know why. Listen to it, trust it, trust yourself. You know more than you think you know.

Today I begin a practice of noticing and noting things during my day without judgement or worry. Listing them spontaneously in my journal and then choosing 3 to publish and share with you here.
My purpose in life, the reason I am here, is to Support, Inspire, & Create Community.
"Smells like the 90's" music marathon on KFOG had me swimming in all sorts of nostalgia today. Remember those years, hearts as full as the 32 ounce sodas we purchased on our way to first period? What a lovely time that was tip toeing towards adulthood and singing along to "Hey Jealousy."
